About Pam

Pam’s journey of joy is a tale of focused attention on being of service to herself and others.

Pam was raised in the “Water Winter Wonderland” of the beautiful state of Michigan. School was where Pam delighted and excelled in learning and began her journey of discovery.

It was in that environment, where Pam first noticed that having professionals to talk with was both meaningful and essential to healthy development.

This understanding sparked a knowing within her that grew stronger as she experienced her own growing years. That knowing that creating a safe space for children and families to heal was, not only her life’s purpose, by her soul’s contentment. Her JOY!

To achieve her goal of supporting others, Pam earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Social and Community Planning.

It was also during this period, a church service transformed Pam personally and later professionally. Having experienced an energy, vibration and sensation that filled her mind, body and soul, she knew that it came directly from spirit. As a result, Pam chose to follow and explore a path of holistic healing. That life changing event led Pam to pursue a variety of modalities including psychology, laying on of hands, Reiki (Reiki Master Teacher), energy medicine, energy kinesiology, raindrop therapy and energy tapping.

Traditional psychotherapy and life coaching are the touchstones of her practice; however, Pam incorporates a variety of modalities individualized for each client. Through the integration of traditional talk therapy, life coaching, pragmatic somatic experiences and spiritually based mindfulness practices, clients will experience a greater sense of calm and understanding of the whole self.

Pam currently resides in Middletown, Maryland, with her beautiful daughter and their two dogs, Bohdi and Scout. Her interests include walking, traveling, reading, exploring new pathways to health, spending time at the lake, organic food, and collecting treasures from nature (rocks, feathers, driftwood).

With peaceful intentions and a kind heart, Pam invites you to join her in her healing

space of joy!
